FAJKUS, L. – Územní studie využití území mezi ulicemi Francouzská a Polská v Ostravě – Porubě OSTRAVA: VŠB – TU Ostrava, Katedra městského inženýrství, Fakulta stavební, 2014,60 s. Diplomová práce, vedoucí Ing. Stanislav Endel. Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh využití území mezi ulicemi Francouzská, Polská a Bulharská v Ostravě - Porubě. Diplomová práce ve své první části podrobně popisuje teoretická východiska a požadavky, které se k danému tématu vztahují, odkrývá problematiku současného stavu území a potřeb, jeho hodnot a nedostatků. Získané podklady jsou zohledněny v praktické části, jejíž hlavní náplní je urbanistický návrh. Návrh je vyhotoven ve dvou variantách, z nichž jedna je podrobně rozpracována, nabízí řešení dopravní i technické infrastruktury, zeleně, veřejných ploch a dokumentaci budovy bytového domu. Výsledkem obou částí je grafická práce ve formě výkresové dokumentace. Obsahově čítá práce 60 stran.

Diploma thesis in the first part describes in details the theoretical background and requirements that relate to the topic, reveals the problems of the current state and needs of its values and shortcomings. The acquired documents are taken into account in the practical part, which involves the urban design. The proposal is drawn up in two variants , one of which is specified in detail , offers solutions to transport and technical infrastructure , green space, public space and documenting the building of a residential building . The result of both parts of the graphics work in the form of drawings. The content includes work 60 sides.
