Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the determination of the recommended practice in dealing with crisis situations. The thesis is divided into two parts: a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the legal environment of crisis management issues, as defined by crisis situations and then analyzing the critical states declared in the Czech Republic in the period 2000 to 2009. The practical part involves the processing of the recommended procedure in dealing with crises, and the governor's proposal for a decision on declaring a state of danger. This section serves as a guide to the governor declaring a state of danger. Attached are all the work proclaimed a crisis situation in the Czech Republic in the period 2000 to 2009.
