Analýza systému ukládání a vychystávání ze skladu a návrh na zlepšení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou systému ukládání a vychystávání ze skladu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je věnována základním pojmům týkajících se problematiky skladování. Praktická část se zabývá zpracováním analýzy u činností příjmu, ukládání, vychystávání a navážení materiálu. Navážení materiálu je v diplomové práci znázorněno pomocí Sankeyových diagramů. Z analyzovaných činností ve skladu byly zjištěny výhody a nevýhody jejich současného způsobu provádění a z nevýhod následně vyplynuly návrhy na zlepšení.

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of storage and picking of material. The thesis is devided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic terms concerning the issue of storage. The practical part deals with the elaborating of analysis of activities in the warehouse like receiving of material, storage of material, picking of material and dispensing of material to production. Dispensing of material to production is in shown through Sankey’s diagrams. There were found out some of the advantages and disadvantages of the current mode of doing warehouse activities from the analysis. Thanks to identified disadvantages were suggested some proposals for an improvement.
