Geometrický plán na oddelenie pozemkov a určenie vlastníckých práv k pozemkom

Abstract

The aim of my diploma thesis is to draw up a geometric plan for the separation and determination of ownership rights to land. Geometric plan was implemented in the cadastral territory of Vysoká nad Kysucou. The creation of a geometric plan is currently becoming an integral part of determining ownership rights, land separation and land use. This work discusses the individual parts that contain the geometric plan and the process of their elaboration. In the present work I describe in detail the acquisition of documents and their examination, description of the execution of measuring instruments, used instrumentation and measuring technology and the processing of the geometric plan itself. The processing results contain all the details required by the law so that the completed geometric plan can be submitted for official verification to the relevant Cadastral Department of the District Office.
