Abstract

This thesis treats of an analysing distress procedure success as regards social security an insurance tax collection. In the first part there is an explanation of the basic concepts of law and procedures of administrative and judicial acts. Subsequently there is a processing of an analysig distress procedure success as regards social security in some particular years. Next part executes comparison success of data a tax collection, negative and positive exactions of o tax. In the end of this thesis there is an recommendation of the future steps for the usage the best result for the exaction of tax.
