Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a software application to streamline the process of data entry, management and visualization. The partial aim of this thesis is to migrate historical data from the previous repository to the newly implemented system and to put the application into operation. The theoretical part is focused on the life cycle of software and database systems development and possible approaches and tools used for implementation and design applications. The practical part describes the steps taken in the design and implementation of the application and then describes the process of testing and deploying the application.
