Abstract
This thesis deals with issues of work motivation. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the motivation of a selected group of employees in the Českomoravská stavební spořitelna, a.s. Company and based on the detected information to suggest possible changes that will lead to intensification of work motivation and/or to change its direction to the direction desired by company. The text itself is divided into two logical units. The first deals with the issue from a theoretical perspective. The second, practical part has been devoted to the analysis of motivation in the company. There were analyzed internal information and especially the data provided by sociological research. The poll was conducted by questionnaire. Analysis revealed several weaknesses in employees motivation. The end of the practical part includes recommendations by which these weaknesses can be eliminated.
