Provedení situační analýzy pro ambulanci rehabilitační a fyzikální medicíny

Abstract

The aim of the submitted thesis Situation Analysis of Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine Ambulance is to identify and evaluate the external and internal factors of environment which are influencing the strategic position of rehabilitation and physical medicine ambulance. Based on the evaluation the factors will be proposed, which management department should pay attention on during strategic planning.

Theoretical and methodological part is aimed at clarifying of chosen methods by situation analysis. The goals are solved by external analysis PESTE, Porter's five forces analysis, internal analysis of key factors and summary analysis SWOT and follow-up matrix IFE and EFE.

Application-verification part of the thesis contains the characteristic of the organization Nemocnice s poliklinikou Havířov, příspěvková organizace and its Rehabilitation department. Then there is applied analysis of the external and internal environment. By using external and internal environment analysis, key factors of the environment were identified which are reflected in the summary and recommendations to the SWOT analysis. By using matrix IFE and EFE, individual environmental factors are evaluated. Based on the results of the thesis, significant factors are proposed which management of hospitals and rehabilitation department should pay attention on. The final part provides a brief description of the entire work process, including summary of findings and conclusions.
