Abstract

This bachelor thesis, Revitalization of panel building, deals with the design and description of technically correct finishing of contact facade.

The aim of this work is to draw proposed adjustments, design insulation of cladding and ceiling of the basement based on drawings of the existing situation and the requirements of current applicable regulations and standards, so that these structures meet the current applicable legal regulations and standards especially in the field of building physics and fire safety. Part of the thesis is technological procedure of finishing of contact facade, itemized budget and timetable of building insulation and resulted modifications in a row form. Selected design details have been verified by heat-technical calculations.
