Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis „Possibilities of Operation research Methods in Industrial Company", is to analyze and to suggest possibilities of use of the selected methods in industrial companies, and to evaluate their efficiency. The theoretical part focuses on description of the operation research methods and possibilities of their use, and it also focuses on basic theoretical knowledge of operation research. Analysis of potential use of network analysis for effective project direction is executed in the practical part.
