Ověření technologie navařování těsnících ploch při výrobě kulových kohoutů typu K92

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the verification of the welding technology on the sealing seats surfaces during the production of the ball valves type K92 which are used in the water industry. Preliminary there is a study made which characterizes the material, valve's description, functionality, work environment and there are also described three methods of welding. The practical part describes the technological process of production, the welding of austenitic welds and the evaluation of the sample tests. Finally, there is the economic evaluation which also appoints the best method.
