Abstract
The object of my diploma thesis was to identify the main reasons of using or not using cooperation with the estate agency, to determine decisive influence of customers for choosing the estate agency and also to determine advantages, which the customers perceive from the cooperation with it.
On the basis of marketing research I gained the information, which is to be considered as the base for further suggestions and recommendations on how to contribute to improving the current position of Orea on the real estate market, to improve services provided by the Orea and to increase the number of the satisfied customers.
The introductory part is devoted to the problem of services, marketing mix and mainly the behaviour of customers. In the following part I present the real estate market of Slovakia, the analysis of macro surroundings and I present the estate agency Orea as well.
Fourth part of my diploma thesis is oriented to the methods of research. The following part complements the previous one and at the same time analyzes the behaviour of the customers. The last sixth part focuses on the concrete suggestions of the implementation. According to my opinion it could help to improve the awareness of the customer´s behaviour on the real estate market, to improve the position of Orea on the market and to eliminate the main problems, which have been causing the dissatisfaction of the customers.
I believe that supplied suggestions and solutions will be positive contribution to the estate agency Orea management.
