Evidence, inventarizace a hospodaření s majetkem vybraného města

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je evidence, inventarizace a hospodaření s majetkem vybraného města. Majetek obce je základem existence a rozvoje obce už od nepaměti. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy hospodaření tohoto majetku. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány územní samosprávné celky, dále je popsán majetek, jeho nabývání a hospodaření s ním. V praktické části je rozebrán majetek města Kopřivnice v letech 2012 až 2016 a také popsán proces inventarizace během těchto let.

This thesis will focus on the record keeping, inventory, and economic practices of a chosen city on their assets. The growth and development of a city has always relied on it’s assets, and therefore this thesis will focus on the analyis of how the city has managed their assets. The theoretical part will look at the funding and investment of this city’s assets, as well the overall distribution of these assets within the self-governing territorial units of the given district. In the practical part, the assets of the city of Koprivnice between the years of 2012 and 2016 are described. This will be followed by a description of how records of these assest have been kept within the time frame.
