Ekonomika pasivního domu

Abstract

V diplomové práci je popsána problematika výstavby a ekonomiky pasivního domu. Je vysvětleno fungování, vlastnosti a specifikace pasivního domu. Zanalyzován finanční rozdíl nákladů a spotřeby energií pasivního a klasického rodinného domu. V úvodní části diplomové práce je nastíněn současný stav a vývoj legislativy k této problematice a vysvětleny výhody pasivního domu. Několik bodů je věnováno přípravě, realizaci a certifikaci stavby pasivního domu. S pomocí výpočtového programu PHPP 2007 CZ je vypočtena energetická bilance pasivního a klasického rodinného domu. Hlavním cílem práce je posouzení ekonomické efektivnosti pasivního a klasického bydlení. Určení investičních a provozních nákladů. Na závěr diplomové práce je zařazeno zhodnocení těchto alternativních způsobů bydlení.

The thesis describes the construction of the passive house and its economy. In the paper is explained the functioning, specifications and other characteristics of the passive house. The thesis also contains an analysis of the difference in financial cost and energy consumption of a passive and a classic family house. In introduction the thesis outlines the current status and development of legislation on this issue and explains the benefits of a passive house. Several points are given to the preparation, implementation and certification of building a passive house. Thesis also includes an energy balance of the passive and classic family house calculated with the help of a computational program PHPP 2007 ENG. The main goal of this work is to assess the economic efficiency of passive and traditional housing and to determine an investment and operating costs. At the conclusion, the thesis includes an evaluation of alternative ways of housing.
