dc.description.abstractDiplomová práca sa zaoberá posúdením systémov krízových stavov v rôznych štátoch Európy. Úvodná časť je venovaná systému krízového riadenia a obecnej charakteristike. V následujúcich častiach sú popísané podmienky vyhlasovania krízových stavov a riešenie mimoriadnych udalostí v Českej republike, v Slovenskej republike, Poľskej republike, v Spolkovej republike Nemecko a Republike Rakúsko. V závere sa nachádza celkové zhodnotenie výhod a nevýhod rôznych prístupov k systému krízových stavov.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with systems of critical states in various European countries assessment. The opening chapter describes crisis management system and its general characteristics. Next, the alert conditions for crisis states and emergency cases solving are described for The Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Republic of Poland, Federal Republic of Germany and Republic of Austria. The final section of thesis deals with overall estimation of advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to the critical states system.en
