Abstract
The subject of my diploma work is to assess and evaluate the costs of transporting semiproducts between production units subsidiary company ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Czech Republic Ltd.
The theoretical part describes the problems of logistics and transportation issues. The introductory chapter is devoted to the practical introduction to ArcelorMittal Ostrava and a subsidiary company ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Czech Republic Ltd. The next chapter analyzes the current status of a subsidiary company ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Czech Republic Ltd, which are analyzed in each semi-logistic flows between production units. Last practical part of this diploma work suggests possible recommendations, the economic evaluation and determination of the cost of logistics flows between production units ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Czech Republic Ltd.
