Rekvalifikace jako efektivní nástroj podpory zaměstnanosti

Abstract

With regard to the high financial amounts steadily provided by the state and presently also by European Social Fund to support employment, the aim of my diploma thesis was to analyse the unemployment costs and to determine whether financial resources invested into requalification, as one of the instruments of active labour-market policy, are expended effectively.

Numerous analytic investigations along with a questionnaire survey of the unemployed respondents have demonstrated that requalification expenses are being expended meaningfully and efficiently with an overall strong positive effect. This beneficial instrument serves to a successful resolution of the structural imbalance between supply and demand of the labour force on the employment market.
