Abstract

The subject of my thesis is the documentation for building construction of the family house situated in the village of Velká Polom. The basis for the preparation of the dossier was an architectural study (ATT I) and documentation for building permit (ATT Va.). Designed building is located in the newly built part of the village Velká Polom on Slunečná street and it respects the character of the built-up area. The layout is tailor-made for a family of four, it is beyond the means of the classical catalogs and it offers residents a range of up linking interior and exterior. These became possible thanks to combination of natural and modern materials and technologies, proper placing an object on the land and its orientation to the cardinal points.
