Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the permanent working group of the Administration Task Force. Its aim is to develop a methodology for the work of this group. Thematically, the work is divided into three basic parts. The first part describes the emergency and crisis situations, the organization of the crisis management, the safety councils and the task force. All these chapters relate to the permanent working group. In the second part, there is a description of how the problem of the task force and permanent working group is dealt with in the neighbouring countries of the Czech Republic. The last part is focused on the permanent working group and is divided into two other parts, the first of which describes the current status and the second is the methodology of the work of the permanent working group.
