Abstract

ANNOTATION OF BACHELOR THESIS Škrabalová, M. : Conditions for implementing leaerning organization in a selected distribution network Ostrava: Department of Management, Economic Faculty, VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, 2010, Thesis, tutor Ing. PhDr.Ing. Aleš Mateiciuc, Ph.D This bachelor thesis is dealing with searching conditions for implementing learning organization in a selected distribution networks. Thesis are structured on theoretic part, in which I presented views from particular authors on this problematic and I realized evolution of organization learning. Second part includes characteristics of company, in which I analyzed particular conditions for implementing learning organization. Main tendency is ensure results, which can reacts on deficiencies and opportunities in the field of organizational learning. Which can increases competitive advantages and adaptability employees.
