Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with risk assessment in a selected family company. The aim was to identify the risks of family company, evaluate and suggest ways to reduce them. A SWOT analysis was used to perform the identification, which showed the whole spectrum of threats affecting the selected company. At the end of the work are formulated specific proposals that reduce the impact of individual threats. In addition, it is recommended to create a compliance program that could respond to certain areas of risk.
