Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the value of the anonymized manufacturing company ABC a.s. as of 31 December 2020 using selected income and asset methods. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the theoretical background of the valuation of the company. Furthermore, the methods of strategic and financial analysis are described. At the end of the theoretical part, selected methods of enterprise valuation are presented.
In the practical part, the company is briefly introduced, then the strategic and financial analysis and SWOT analysis of the company are performed. Then, the determination of the enterprise value using the selected methods is performed. Finally, the recommendation and recapitulation of the thesis is made.
