Zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of employee benefits in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current benefits system at the selected employer based on the analysis and propose recommendations that will contribute to its improvement and lead to higher employee satisfaction. In the theoretical part, the issue of employee benefits is described from an economic and legal point of view. The practical part contains an introduction of the selected employer based on an interview with the manager of the selected company. Next, the benefits that are provided in the company are described and analyzed. Based on results of the questionnaire survey, total assessment of employee benefits system in the company is provided and recommendations for possible changes are offered. These changes will help better meet the needs of employees and improve their satisfaction.
