Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the education and development of employees in a selected franchise company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the current state of education and development of employees in the company and to propose improvements. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the theoretical basis of employee education and development. Basic concepts such as human capital, personnel work and human resources are explained. The difference between education and development is described in more detail, examples of methods of education are given. A large part is devoted to the systematic education and development of employees. The practical part introduces the selected franchise company, its history, values and other activities. The concept of franchising is also explained. A questionnaire survey analyzes the current state of education and development of employees in the selected company. From the results of the questionnaire survey, recommendations for improvement were proposed.
