Abstract

Free movement of goods by the European Union within the application priorities of the internal market guaranteed, but in a sense, restricted or regulated. The aim of this work is to provide a comprehensive view on the issue of movement of goods within the European Union and especially the holiday restrictions on the movement of goods within the EU single space. The thesis is divided into several parts, which are mutually related. The central part precedes two chapters that summarize an introduction to the topic. The most important part is Chapter 3, which contains an analysis of permissible restrictions on the movement of goods, further resolution of the obstacles expressly permitted under Article 36 TFEU and holiday restrictions laid down by the Court of Justice.
