Analýza syndromu vyhoření a stresu u zaměstnanců vybrané bankovní instituce

Abstract

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the burnout and stress syndrome in employees of a selected banking institution and then to evaluate the results obtained through a questionnaire survey. The partial objectives are to define the theoretical and methodological basis of burnout syndrome and stress, their impact on work performance and to propose recommendations aimed at mitigating these negative factors. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part discusses in detail the issues of burnout and stress syndrome, their causes and effects on the performance of workers. This part is based on a literature search and relevant studies. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the banking institution, the analysis of the data obtained by the questionnaire survey and the subsequent evaluation of these data, on the basis of which specific recommendations for the prevention of burnout syndrome and stress in the work environment will be formulated.
