Návrh optimalizace řízení skladových zásob ve společnosti SEEIF Ceramic, a.s.

Abstract

The objective of theisis „Proposal for Optimization of Inventory Management in Seeif Ceramic, Inc.,“ is to analyse warehousing and inventory of this company. In the first part of this theisis there are presented theoretical knowledge relative to inventory management and its´ categorization. Then by using ABC and XYZ analysing and distribution of the invenory and suplies. In the second part od this theisis there is ABC analyse used practicaly folowed by evaluation of the existing system. In the practical part of theisi there there is determination of the concrete guideline for the order management and entrying of the production. Guidelines application will be pointed out thorough management control and warehouse management. Based on product sales will be determined percentage production plan. By aplying optimization there will be pointed out possible cost reduction of this company.
