Abstract

Introduced bachelor thesis dissertate about planning system analysis. Presented planning system works in real environment for several years now in company Aisan Industry Czech s.r.o. (AIC) based in Louny. The first part of this thesis describes Toyota Production System (TPS) with a view especially to parts of TPS which are used in the AIC planning system. Further there is few pages about production planning theory and theory of supplies. In the second part of the thesis there is a short introduction of AIC, however the main part analyses and describes above mentioned planning system and ist subblocks in great detail. Lastly the thesis describes a few improvements, part of which where already implemented during completation of this thesis.
