Rekonstrukce objektu a návrh startovacích bytů, Březová

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou startovacího bydlení, které je aktuálním tématem v ČR. Po startovacích bytech je čím dál větší poptávka, obce a města začínají podporovat tento typ bydlení, který je určen pro mladé ekonomicky aktivní občany a mladé rodiny. Plánují se nové výstavby bytů nebo se pro dané záměry rekonstruují nevyužívané budovy vhodné k bydlení.

Diploma thesis concern with the issue of start-up housing, which is a current topic in the Czech Republic. After starter apartmens is an increasing demand, villages and towns are beginnig to suport this type of housing, which is designed for young economically active citizens and youg famillies. New buildings are planned or unused buildings suitable for housing are being reconstructed.
