Posouzení pracovního prostředí a spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané korporátní společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of work environment and employee satisfaction in a corporate company. The aim was to find out how employees perceive their working conditions and which factors influence their overall satisfaction. A questionnaire method was used to collect data. The results showed that most employees are satisfied with their work and work environment. At the same time, however, certain areas were identified, such as communication in the workplace, opportunities for professional growth or the offer of benefits, where there is room for improvement. The paper concludes by suggesting recommendations that may help to further improve employee satisfaction.
