Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the possibilities of expansion of the Czech manufacturing company Sapekor s.r.o. to the foreign market, specifically to France. The thesis first presents the theoretical background related to the entry of companies into foreign markets, including the analysis of risks and forms of business relationships. Next, the company itself, its production focus, business strategy and economic situation are described in detail. The practical part is based on comprehensive analyses of the firm's external and internal environment, in particular using PEST analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, BCG matrix and SWOT analysis. On the basis of these outputs, an expansion plan is proposed, including an economic evaluation, which shows that entry into the French market is realistic and potentially profitable with the right marketing and dealership setup.
