Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to summarize and describe existing theoretical knowledge about photovoltaic power plants and use it in practice at ČEZ ESCO a.s. company in the position of designer. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the attention is paid to the history, principle of operation and division of photovoltaic power plants based on the connection of solar panels. In the practical part of this thesis, it is described how the student helped in the area of design of PVPP (photovoltaic power plants) at all levels. Individual achievements, knowledge and skills acquired by the student during the practice, and the overal evaluation are also described.
