Integrovaný systém řízení v konzultační firmě

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracované zhodnocení integrovaného systému managementu ve firmě Ecological Consulting a.s.. Práce má pět hlavních kapitol. První je úvod a cíl mé práce, ve druhé je stručná charakteristika norem, její historie a vývoj. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na vznik a vývoj společnosti EC, popis činnosti a důležitost zavedeného systému. Předposlední kapitolou je zavádění integrovaného systému řízení ve společnosti, která obsahuje politiku společnosti a příručku integrovaného systému managementu. Pátá kapitola je zaměřena na zhodnocení a návrh dalšího vývoje ve firmě.

In present thesis is evaluation of integrated system of the management in company EC a.s. Thesis has five main chapters. The first one is introduction and the aim of my thesis work. In second one is short characteristic of norms, its history and development. The third chapter is focused on origin and development of the company EC, description of its activity and importance of the system. Another chapter is implementation of integrated system of the managament, which includes company policy and manual of integrated system of the management. Last but not least is chapter which is focused on evaluation and suggestion of another development whitin the company EC.
