Návrh inovativního přístupu k evidenci dopravních nehod u HZS ČR

Abstract

The submitted bachelor thesis is dealing with the implementation of human factor models into the investigation processes examining traffic accidents of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The first part of this thesis focuses on the statistics of road traffic accidents involving Fire Service vehicles. The second part specifies the term ‘human factor’ and examines the human factor models used in different industrial sectors. The third part studies the contents of the Fire Rescue Services’ investigation reports and the investigation reports of the Czech Air Force, which are then used as a starting point for the comparison and possible restructuring of the Fire Rescue Services’ investigation reports. The last part of the thesis summarizes the suggested implementation of human factor models into the examination procedure of road traffic accidents involving the Czech Fire Service vehicles. The very end section is devoted to a case study, in which a traffic incident investigation report is analysed using the HFACS model.
