Zabezpečení servisní organizace prostředky technické ochrany objektu

Abstract

Autor se v bakalářské práci zabývá analýzou slabých míst aktuálního systému ochrany servisní organizace a návrhem na jeho zlepšení. První kapitoly se zaobírají technickými normami, právní úpravou v souvislosti s fyzickou ochranou majetku a teorií týkající se zejména technické ochrany. Ve druhé části autor popisuje dosavadní zabezpečení a aplikuje metody analýzy rizik pro daný objekt. V souladu s výsledky postupuje k návrhu. Optimalizace zabezpečení souvisí s využitím mechanických zábranných prostředků a poplachového zabezpečovacího a tísňového systému, které by měly vyhodnocená rizika minimalizovat na únosnou mez, za efektivního využití finančních nákladů.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of weaknesses in the current system of protection for services organizations. The work also includes ideas for possible improvements in these services. The first chapters are occupied by technical norms, legal adjustment in connection with physical property protection as well as theory focusing on technical protection. In the second part the author describes the present security and apply's methods of analysis on risks for certain objects. In conformity the results will then continue to the proposals. Optimization of security is connected with the utilization of mechanical barrier systems and Intruder/hold up alarm systems which should minimize evaluated risks to the acceptable limit by effective use of financial resources that are available.
