Abstract

The Czech Social Security Administration and District Social Security Administrations are organizational organs of a state. All Czech Social Security Administration incomes are a part of the national budget. Unsettled claims are claims of a state. Czech Social Security Administration and District Social Security Administration ensure collection of these debts. The first part of the thesis analysis ways of debt collection, claim, delivery and reducing debts including assessment of fruitfulness of particular ways. The second part compares these ways and the most effective way is stated. The third part indicates debt collection problems and suggests improvements. The conclusion contains evaluation of the whole thesis.
