Abstract

Tereza Smajdorová: „ Analysis of the efficiency of noncorformity management“ The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of dealing with dicrepancies within organization and to suggest possible improvements. The first part is theoretical introduction to quality management system. There is also introduced the history and current importance of internal audits. Finally, it describes the process of managing discrepancies. The second part describes the current status of the internal audits and process of managing discrpeancies within organization and it evaluates the efficiency of corrective actions. Based on the analysis, the actions are proposed to improve the process.
