Abstract

The thesis deals with personnel areas, namely the analysis of HR activities in selected industrial company, which is hlucinska company Gass-eko Ltd. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the terms of the issue, the HR department and its tasks, employee motivation. The practical part describes the company with its analysis of HR activities. There are hypotheses determined using a questionnaire survey and the results of employee motivation and satisfaction. The conclusion suggested possible measures that should improve the current situation.
