Abstract

This thesis focuses on the issue of the activities necessary for the recovery of the residential building after the crash. Using Facility Management with technical management of residential buildings can improve and optimize their costs time and money. The work deals with the maintenance of buildings and technical activities related to maintenance and service life of buildings. He talks about the concept of Facility Management due to technical property management. Because property management includes many activities, work trying to summarize those that are required after a crash. The aim is to summarize the actions necessary to restore the apartment building and putting it on the timeline and summary financial costs.
