Zdroje financování modernizace sportovně – rekreačního areálu

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na financování sportovně rekreačního areálu a na možnost získání prostředků na spolufinancování z Evropské unie. Je rozdělena na několik částí: úvod, teoretické předpoklady financování sportovních organizací, možnosti získávání financí na projekty ve sportu, postup při modernizaci sportovně rekreačního areálu TJ Slavia Píšť, shrnutí výsledků a závěr. Cílem práce je popsat financování sportovně rekreačního areálu, analyzovat postup při vytvoření žádosti o dotaci z fondů Evropské unie, nastínit možné nedostatky, které se při žádostech nejčastěji vyskytují a subjektivně zhodnotit žádost o dotaci obce Píšť na rekonstrukci areálu TJ Slavia Píšť. V práci jsem vycházel z dokumentace obce Píšť a Regionální rady, významnou pomocí mi byla také konzultace se zaměstnancem Úřadu regionální rady, která se soustředí na rady při vypracování a následném hodnocení žádostí. Dospěl jsem k závěru, že rekonstrukce areálu bude spolufinancována ze zdrojů obce Píšť a EU. Vytvoření žádosti je velice složitým a časově náročným úkolem a lze v něm udělat spoustu chyb. Žádost obce Píšť je vypracována bez závažnějších nedostatků, tedy tak, jak je pro schválení nezbytné.

This work is focused on financing sports and recreational area and the possibility of obtaining the financial support from the European Union. It is divided into several sections: introduction, theoretical assumptions of sports organizations financing, opportunities of financing projects in sport, the procedure for modernization sports and recreational facility TJ Slavia Píšť, summary of results and conclusion. The aim of this work is to describe how to gain finance for sports and recreational area with subsequent analyse of the process of creating applications for subsidies from EU funds and finally outline the possible inadequacies occuring frequently in applications and subjectively assess the grant application for the reconstruction of the area TJ Slavia Píšť. I have obtained documentation of the village Píšť and Regional Council and work out the results on the base of it with the help of the staff of the Office of the Regional Council focusing on the advances during the development and subsequent evaluation of the aplications. As for conclusion, the reconstruction of the complex will be financed from resources of the village Píšť and the EU. Creating an application form is very complicated and time-consuming task and a lot of mistakes can be done during this proccess. The request of Píšť is work out without significantly failure, which is necessary for the request approval.
