Abstract

The aim of the thesis is present-day salary-making and remuneration in a company called ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná a.s.. The employer’s attempt to change wage policy and direct dependence of linear managers on salary determination is shown in the practical part. The object of the thesis is to suggest an ideal system accepted by employees as well as the employer.
