Abstract

A theme of the graduation thesis is a suggestion of new CC blooms cutting procedure at batch preparative resort for tube rolling mill in TŘINECKÉ ŽELEZÁRNY a.s. There are stocking methods, stock equipments, operating resources, despatch and used ways of material cutting mentioned in the theoretical part. The thesis describes generally the company, its production alignment and industrial proces of batch preparative resort. The secondary part (practical part) analyses the current state of batch cutting for the tube rolling mill. A new suggestion and comparison of both practical parts with their analysis is succeed. A result of the thesis is a suggestion of new semi-products cutting procedure with steel scrap minimalization and herewith a decrease of split batch replaced backward on stock.
