Abstract

The thesis is focused on application of stardardization and the technical inventory check of entries for quick and efficacious work in the field of building management and for the software support of facility management. The first theoretical part takes into consideration the organisation of techical preparation in the Czech education system. The next subchapters are aimed at the technical inventory check, software support and methodology of area code. The practical part deals with pieces of knowledge of the theoretical part which are supplemented with specific data and information. The closing part of the thesis elaborates the propsal for cleaning of the kindergarten. The draft proceeds from the regulation n. 410/2005 of Statute Book about sanitary requirements for premise and facility working and also facilities for education and upbringing. The component of the practical part is the output of Pit-FM system and designs which are made in AutoCAD software.
