Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work was to prepare the proposal of the territorial study of build-up area in the town of Dolní Benešov – borough Zábřeh. An analysis of problematique of the current locality status and knowledge of the area and its needs was performed for this purpose. Three variants of solution were proposed upon this analysis. The first variant proposes the 30 speed limit zone with build-up area of single standing family houses and terrace houses orientated from south to north with appropriate public space. The second variant is also proposed as 30 speed limit zone, but the orientation of the streets is different – the streets are orientated from the east to the west and there is also a build-up area of single standing family houses in combination with terrace houses. The third variant is proposed as a residential zone with build-up of single standing family houses and apartment blocks. More detailed solution of technical and traffic infrastructure, economic calculation and calculations of network system capacities was processed for this variant.
