Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem problematiky technické údržby objektů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu teoretické části je rozvedena technická údržba do obecné roviny. Uvedeny druhy údržby, jejich výhody a nevýhody, cíle a náplň údržby s uvedením specifik prediktivní údržby. V další části jsou probrány konkrétní technologie prediktivní údržby jako nástroje údržby. Rozvedení druhů příčin, která ovlivňují poruchovost strojního zařízení a jejich prvků včetně specifik údržby ze strany facility managementu. Následně jsou porovnány náklady jednotlivých druhů údržby strojního zařízení. Praktická část obsahuje technický popis stroje, na který bude proveden návrh prediktivní údržby. Následně bude rozvedena diagnostika pomocí termodiagnostiky. V závěru je vypracován plán prediktivní údržby a soupis úkonů s ním souvisejících.

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the issue of maintenance of buildings. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the introduction of the theoretical part is elaborated technical maintenance up to certain level. Mentioned types of maintenance, their advantages and disadvantages, targets and centre of maintenance stating the specifics of predictive maintenance. In the next section are discussed specific predictive maintenance technologies as maintenance tools. Divorced kinds of causes which affect mechanical failure of the machine and their elements included specifics maintenance of facility management. Following are compared to the cost of each type of maintenance machinery. The practical part contains the technical description of the machine on which will implement the proposal predictive maintenance. Then I will explain diagnostics with assistance of thermodiagnostics. In conclusion, is prepared plan of predictive maintenance and tasks related to it.
