Abstract

This thesis deals with the buying behavior of Generation Y. The aim of this work is to identify and describe the specifics and preferences of Generation Y on drugstore market. The source of data was an electronic questionnaire survey. Results of the research work should help to understand the needs and demands of Generation Y on the drugstore market.
