Vedoucím práce je Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vypracovat projektovou dokumentaci pro provedení stavby bytového domu v Opavě-Kateřinkách podle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb. [2] Práce je rozdělena na textovou a výkresovou část. Obsahem textové části je technická zpráva, tepelně technické posouzení střechy a statické řešení vybraného prvku. Výkresová část obsahuje architektonickou studii, stavební výkresy a výpis prvků. Druhá část je vypracována v souladu s požadavky na dokumentaci pro provádění stavby. Bakalářská práce řeší záměr novostavby bytového domu se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Základy budovy jsou navrženy jako základové pásy. Nosná konstrukce budovy je ze zděných cihel Porotherm v kombinaci s monolitickou železobetonovou stropní deskou. Objekt je zastřešen plochou vegetační střechou.

Pavel Vlček, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis was to prepare project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Opava–Kateřinky in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll [2]. The thesis is divided into a text part and a drawing part. The textual part includes a technical report, thermal-technical assessment of the roof, and the structural design of a selected element. The drawing part contains an architectural study, construction drawings, and a list of building elements. This part is prepared in accordance with the requirements for documentation for the execution of construction. The bachelor’s thesis addresses the design of a new apartment building with four aboveground floors. The foundations of the building are designed as strip foundations. The load-bearing structure of the building is consists of Porotherm masonry bricks combined with a monolithic reinforced concrete floor slab. The building is covered with a flat green roof.
