Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the design of a cohesion of life cycle cost analysis and customer value analysis at technical systems. Award of Malcolm Baldrige and its criterions are firstly characterized. In next chapters customer value analysis and its recommended tools are described. This work contains the design on the cohesion of life cycle cost analysis and customer value analysis at technical systems. Model of purchase and proprietary costs suitable for usage processing of customer value analysis at technical systems is elaborate. Next conditions of utilization of designed model at customer value analysis are defined.
