Abstract

This Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the application of methods of process management in the company MP Krasno. In the theoretical part, explains all the important terms associated with process management, analysis and simulation processes. The practical part is made the current situation with the help of appropriate legal methods. On the basis of all information, design optimization is performed, which is then put into practice. However, the practical solution revealed deficiencies that resolves the last chapter. The aim of this work is to apply business process management in MP Krasno particular expedition center, where it was necessary to achieve greater efficiency and accelerate the process.
