Penzijní reforma v České republice

Abstract

Pension systems are meeting with a problem of long-term financial unsustainability and neither the pension system of czech republic is an excepcion. Purpose of this graduation theses is to characterize present pension system of the Czech Republic and describe possible impacts of reform of the pension system for Czech economics. The graduation theses is consisted of six chapters, which are factually linked. The second chapter is focused on theoretical starting points of the social politics and pension system. Chapters three and four are focused on describing development of the pension system in the Czech Republic and evaluate steps, that were made by current government of Petr Nečas. The fifth chapter is evaluating possible impacts of reform of the pension system for the Czech Republic.
